Helen Maurer

I'm Helen, a junior studying Accounting and History. My position in the SSC came from my interest in the intersection between business/corporations and sustainability. I'm involved in UIUC's student-run newspaper, The Daily Illini, as a copy editor as well as a slotter. I am also the recruitment chair for the professional business fraternity, Beta Alpha Psi. In my free time, I love to read, and my favorite genres are contemporary fiction and 19th century classics.
