Student organizations may request member academic verifications for eligibility with any activity internal or external to the university. Academic verifications may include term grade point average, term hours, term points, cumulative grade point average, cumulative hours, term hours, enrollment status, transfer status, first term enrolled in college, degree-seeking status (degree-seeking or non-degree seeking), level, major/program enrolled in, date of birth, and/or high school graduation date.

To obtain an academic verification of organization members, please contact the Registrar directly via a method listed below. An organization must be in compliance at the time of the Registrar's inquiry to receive a verification.

To obtain a verification of your organization's registration and standing, please have the President of the organization contact getinvolved@illinois.edu. Your organization must be registered and in compliance for the verification request to be processed.

To request an Absence Verification, please contact getinvolved@illinois.edu. 

Absence Verification letters don’t guarantee the absence will be excused but will verify that the absence is related to a student org activity.
