Student Org Expo

The Student Org Expo is hosted at the start of the spring semester. A smaller-scale event, it provides students an opportunity to explore student organizations at Illinois.

This year’s Student Org Expo is Monday, February 3 and Tuesday, February 4 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Illini Union. Registration closes on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. and the waitlist will close Sunday, January 19, 2025. The registration form is located in OneIllinois.

Important Things to Know Before Registering

  1. Your organization MUST be able to participate on both days. You will be assigned one of the two days based on your category as we get closer to the event.
  2. Your Student Organization MUST be registered for the upcoming Blue Student Org 2025 Cycle or the current Orange Student Org 2024-2025 Cycle.
  3. Your Student Organization MUST be in compliance:
    • President has completed the President Orientation.
    • Treasurer has completed the Treasurer Orientation.
    • The roster has the required five (5) officers: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Membership Director.
  4. ONLY officers of fully registered student organizations (as noted in item 1) are allowed access to the registration form.

Registration Fee

  • There is NO registration fee for participating.
