Involvement. That’s the Power of I.

An incredible Illini experience begins here.

Joining a student organization is a great way to get involved, engage in leadership opportunities, and establish a sense of belonging.

Involvement

Student can find plenty of opportunities to get involved by joining any one of our 1,000+ student organizations spanning 29 categories. Students can start getting involved by attending Quad Day the day before classes in the fall, reaching out to student organizations on OneIllinois,m, and attending the Involvement Fair in the spring.

Leadership

Students who get involved with a student organization will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and even become officers of the organization. These skills will help prepare you for life after college and make you more competitive in your chosen career.

Belonging

Students involved with student organizations are more likely to find connection to campus and their fellow Illini. Involvement on campus can also improve academic success and persistence to graduation.
